Elise was born in Portland, Oregon to Henry and Lillia (Asti) Bisio. She was a Senior Portfolio Manager Assistant for an Investment Company. She is survived by one brother, James Bisio, one sister, Lori Karambelas, and by 3 nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday August 4, 2010 @ 10:00 AM at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Milwaukie. Entombment will be in Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery in Portland with her parents."",
