Gilbert D. Burke died Saturday, November 29, at home. Born December 24, 1935 in Portland, he leaves his companion of 19 years Noreen Telisman, daughter Sandra Floyd, sons Steven and David Burke, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and was proceeded in death by one grandson. Gilbert retired from Oregon Steel Mills after more than 20 years. He was a good friend to many and always willing to lend a hand. Remembrances may be made to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife."",
