John Charles Quay, Jr., born October 1, 1940 in Portland, Oregon, to John and Virginia Quay, passed away at age 75 on May 28, 2016. John was a meat cutter for Safeway and Albertsons until his early retirement due to an accident that left him a paraplegic. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Marzean Quay, his children, Connie Brown, Sarah Quay, Andy Quay, his brother Bruce, and his Sister-In-Law, Gretchen. After his accident, John became the best house husband and hands on father. He will be forever in our hearts."",
