Keith Allan Hoffman passed away October 17th, 2026, at the age of 78. Keith was born to Archie & Theresa in Portland. He was one of six children; Walter, Sharon, Keith, Sandra, Douglas and Craig.

Keith went to high school in the tiny town of St. Paul. He served in the Army, was in Vietnam. Keith married JoAnne in March of 1973. He was a painter for Portland Schools for many years, retiring in his 50's. He tried ATV riding, snowboarding, enjoyed fishing with friends, and enjoyed a little gambling (probably because he did pretty well at it).

Keith was a kind and generous man. He volunteered hours of his time towards taking care of the neighborhood property and was an ELKS member who served on committees including heading up the Children's Hoop Shoot. He was a meat and potatoes kind of guy, he liked what he liked and that was it. Keith liked it his way or the highway, but you could appreciate his direct nature.

Keith was a husband, father, brother, grandfather. He was a quiet, hardworking, responsible man whose smile was instantly contagious.

Keith is survived by his wife, JoAnne Hoffman; children, Jason Hoffman and Alaina Heywood; grandchildren, Brenden, Kieran, Austin, Caitlyn, Joshua and Maxx; siblings, Walter Hoffman, Sandra Pyke and Douglas Hoffman.

A Cemetery Service with Military Honors will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday, November 5, 2026 at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Oregon; followed by a small reception at JoAnne's home.
