Margaret Forsyth Jung was a loving and devoted wife, mother of three, Grammie of six, aunt, and cherished friend. She passed away peacefully on the morning of October 8, 2026, at the age of 81.
Born on March 1, 1945, in Scotland. Margaret was the daughter of Thomas and Nancy McLean. She grew up an only child with a heart full of kindness and dry humor that lit up the room.
On September 9, 1972, she married Alvin, the love of her life. Together they built a beautiful life defined by unconditional love, shared laughter, and unwavering partnership over their 54 years of marriage. As the mother of Christina, Matthew, and Daniel, she was the true heart of her home. She poured her soul into raising her three children, teaching them kindness by example, and celebrating their every milestone and accomplishment with immense pride.
Margaret was known for her selflessness, kindness, and quick wit. She found great joy in tole painting, doing crafts, watching her children and grandchildren’s sporting games, watching NBA Basketball, going to the beach, and being with her husband and family. Her warmth extended far beyond her immediate family, friends, neighbors, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
She leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever be carried in the hearts of her husband, Al; children, Christina, Matthew, and Daniel; grandchildren, McKenzie, Madison, Brayden, Emery, Callum, Malcolm; and a large circle of extended family and dear friends.
She will dearly be missed by all!
